Started in 1992 in Anshan as Dade Real Estate Co.Ltd, with 7 employees and funding through a Rmb1.6m loan.
The Group has now grown into a 500 employee organization, with assets of more than half a billion Rmb.
Since 2005, classified as a ‘Tier-one” (*) developer by China’s Ministry of Construction, meaning that it is able to undertake projects throughout the whole country. Dade is the only one such ‘Tier one” rated developer in Anshan City.
To date, the Group has developed properties representing more than 1m sqm of GFA.
(*) “Tier one” status is only awarded to companies having achieved certain criteria for scale, quality, and design/planning capabilities.
Dade maintains a strong focus on China’s North East, but the Group is also involved in projects in other parts of China. Previous locations include Shandong, Guangdong and Fujian.
